We the people of the United States agree that children under 10 should not walk to school by themselves. It is dangerous with so many criminals out there such as the case of Summer the little girl who got kidnapped and killed when walking to school. We agree that children under 10 are not properly able to defend themselves well enough to keep themselves out of the way of criminal hands. Therefore it should be illegal for ages 1-9 to walk to school without an adult.
