Children across the country work long hours in the sweltering heat, farming tobacco. Under current U.S. law tobacco is not a hazardous substance but working with tobacco can lead to nicotine poisoning which can lead to many life threatening injuries. To stop child labor in the United States we must first stop children from working in tobacco fields.
