Stop China from repeatedly attacking our networks, ban their IP ranges.

I feel the continued abuse from Chinese hackers needs to be addressed. We see continued hacking attempts, DDOS and other malicious activity from China on a daily basis. If the Chinese government will do nothing to stop these hacking attempts on our security, home and governmental systems, we need to start blocking IP Ranges to China.
