China has been trying to or is invading territories of US friendly nations such as Japan, Thai and Philippine.
The Maritime forces of these countries are small compared to that of China.
Even Japan lacks of Air craft carrier and balance of naval power is not in favor to US ally and thus threat of war has emerged.
The threat is clear, present and immediate.
To balance the naval power in the region, US should
a). Provide military aid to US ally from US Navy reserve fleets which are not in use
b). Provide Japan with moth balled carriers from US Navy reserve fleets, The JFK, Kitty Hawk, and Constellation.
c). Provide Philippine with moth balled surface ships from Navy reserve fleets, in classes of destroyers.
d). Provide military training to these countries on operation of these ships
