Take action, via cyber effects or kinetic effects, against China if the attacks originating from their country continue to be supported by their government whether or not it is the government conducting the attack.
China continues to deny its connection with the cyber attacks against may of the nations companies and threatens our nations infrastructure; however this denial does not exempt China from supporting the attacks and should be held accountable none the less.
