Stop Chinese government completing the real-name system for mobile phone

Created by L.L. on July 25, 2013

July 19, 2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT) has published a regulation for registering mobile phone in China. The new regulation requires old mobile phone users to register under their real names before September 1, 2013.
MIIT claims that the regulation is to stop spam messages. But obviously, the Chinese government issued the regulation to control the mobile Internet and arrest the people who send messages which threatens the government.
To protect the safety and rights of our citizens, we petite that US government tackle the Chinese government on this issue.
