President Obama is unilaterally enacting laws that he sees fit. We have three equal branches of government and Obama is circumventing all of them to pass laws that the American people don't want.. Examples are the Healthcare law, various parts of the dream act and the 23 executive ordered signed on 01/15/20012.. President Obama must go through congress this is the way the founding fathers setup our democracy.
