Time after time, the Ringling Bros. Circus has been found to have abused animals, beating them with sticks and sending ailing elephants into the show, although they are hurt. We are petitioning the Obama Administration to instruct Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack to seize ailing elephants from the circus.
