Stop CISA (Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act) in 2015!

Created by K.T. on October 27, 2015

The Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act is a kneejerk response to the recent data breach of the Office of Personnel Management and consumer agencies like Target, Home Depot. and Anthem.
CISA promises to grant immediate and intrusive sharing of all personal information collected by any government agency with government law enforcement and intelligence agencies like like NSA.
It waives liability of companies retaliating a percieved cyberthreat with countermeasures that may damage or destroy the systems of innocent bystanders like hospitals if the damaged caused was "unintentional".
It also allows for information collected to be used overbroadly in law enforcement and investigations where such information would normally require a search warrant.
Americans need real cybersecurity not CISA.
