stop CISPA and allow the American People to vote on it on its own accord.

CISPA is being intentionally passed and forced upon the American People with the knowledge of the American People's discontent with it and other bills like it (see SOPA). This is a violation of our rights as Americans and is an unjust, corrupt, and despicable method of passing bills into laws. It is even more despicable when it is earmarked to other bills. Understanding that the Federal Government finds this bill so important, then We the People ask that you cease and desist any forced action and passing of the bill, table it for the 2016 ballot, and put it to nation wide vote so that the People may have their voice.
