Purpose of Petition is to stop citizens from driving pick up trucks with dogs/pets untethered, unsecured in the back cab of Pick up trucks.
This action causes senseless injuries to pets and people alike. Pets thrown from vehicles while driving/braking puts unsuspecting drivers at risk of safety as well. This action is parallel to a projectile being hurled into road traffic.
Please help stop this dangerous and neglectful action.
