Address the City of Oxford Mississippi to stop building unaffordable housing to push out the middle and lower class.

The citizens of Lafayette County, Oxford Mississippi would like to address concerns in which the city is destroying the middle and lower class citizens. The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) seems to be buying up all the land to cater to the upper class with unaffordable housing forcing the people (African American) to move away from the city limits. The city appears to only target areas where the majority is African American. These acts of secret separation should not be allowed. Nothing in this city will cater to both white and blacks but is mainly focused on the appearance to portray this town as mainly white and to attract others of the same race as a retirement town. The working African American people in Oxford are being robbed of equality. We demand affordable living.
