Being a Realtor who sells MANY co-ops in Brooklyn, NY & having had several of my buyers denied by co-op boards without reason or justification, I am an advocate of, & would very much like to see, regulations imposed on co-op boards whereby a reason MUST be given for a denial. That reason, however, MUST also be backed up & supported with evidence for that decision.
