By relieving the American citizens of thier duty to pay taxes directly from thier pay checks an immediate increase in economic spending can occur. Unlike previous stimuli this will reoccur on every pay period creating the confidence in the American people that they will be able to make thier next set of bills.
To counteract the massive loss in funding for the Federal government the federal sales tax will be increased to restore the loss of income tax.
This will rid the unfair tax brackets without causing the issues that would occur with a flat tax.
Furthermore this will increase the income for the Federal government as well since EVERYONE will now pay taxes and the burden imposed on US citizens by non tax paying "citizens" will end.
