Stop Comcast from acquiring Time Warner Cable

Created by J.D. on February 13, 2014

Comcast is set to buy Time Warner Cable. If this happens our already poorly maintained infrastructure will lag behind other countries even further. Therefore hurting our economy further and causing consumers to pay high prices for bad service due to a monopoly.
Other countries in the world can provide much faster internet speeds without data caps, heavily increasing pricing or poor service. Yet the United states lags behind because we have "infrastructure that works" and no one is attempting to improve it. This merger will cause this theme to continue until Fiber Optics is available in every area.
