Stop Comcast from capping DATA at 300gigs

I live in a house with 3 roommates, with Comcast's 300gigs data cap we run through this within weeks. I myself and my roommates are gamers and any gamer can vouch for this, the size to download a good game is usually around 20gigs and with 4 people in one house downloading the same game that is almost a third of our allotted data. This doesn't include the live streaming of the games we play or the streaming of videos from netflix, hulu, and other streaming providers.
