Stop companies from running credit checks on porential employees (exception to gov't employees). People need work.

Times like these where the economy is suffering and unemployment is at a critical level, most people have bad credit these days. Potential employers screening employees is understood, but running credit checks on potential employees is not right (unless working at a bank, or in a law enforcement position). We need to make it possible for people to get back to work and not allow companies to run credit checks on potential employees.
