Stop referring to mass murderers by their name. Because many insane school & movie shooters, "Boston" bombers, etc., put themselves in competition with past mass murderers - ie "I killed more people than so-and-so", I suggest we either pass a law prohibiting the public use of the name of the killer, or, if law not possible due 'human rights' issue, strongly ask news media to not use the murderers name, but refer to them only as "cowardly murderer #4 of 2013" - "antisocial actor 14 of 2013" - "problem person ten" etc. Those who wish, by use of their name, to be seen as powerful impact killers,would go unfulfilled. Knowing in advance they will be referred to simply by a number, I am confident. . .will stop some of them from acting.
