Stop conducting secret blanket surveillance of persons not suspected of crimes.

Created by M.M. on June 06, 2013

Recent revelations of government collection of telephone records indicate that surveillance is being conducted on a blanket basis against millions of persons not suspected of any crime.

This is not an action that is justifiable under any moral, ethical, or legal code, and it does not, indeed, can not make us safer.

Continuing such practices will only undermine the moral authority of our government and embolden more people to fight against it.
