We the people petition the Obama administration to propose legislation that will force Congress to pass a proposed budget after 120 days of debate. No budget should take away from the retirement or health benefits of any military members from any branch former or still serving.
If congress cannot come to an agreement on the budget and military members are threathened with a pay stoppage, congress will then follow the same pay stoppage. If military members don't get paid then congress will not.
