STOP CONGRESS FROM BEING ABLE TO GIVE THEMSELVES RAISES.

from this day forward the congress and the house of representives should not be able to give themselves a pay raise or extra benefits to off set there lack of raises
it should be put to a vote of the american people.
every two years when we are voting for senators and house reps it could be put on the ballot then.
if they have been deserving and the people of the United States see it that way then they will vote it into effect
