Congress should not be able to determine their salary and benefits. We are the tax payers, yet we have no say in their vote for pay and benefits. Maybe if the American people had a say in their pay and benefits they may start representing US again instead of corporate and lobbyists money. We the People need more representation than a corrupt Electoral Voting system that is redrawn to favor party interest v.s. the people's interests. We need to get money out of politics and Representatives out of office whose legislation is up for sale versus doing what is best for the American people. GREED OVER PEOPLE must stop.
