Stopping congress from borrowing money will allow the paying off of the U.S. debt. Paying cash for now on will eliminate all interest now being paid once our debt has been paid off which can be used for programs and rebuilding of the American infrastructure. This can also lead to money to pay back the money borrowed from the social security program to insure those that put into the program will receive what was promised to them. Oh and STOP giving our tax dollars to other countries!!!!!
