Congress is able to determine their own pay and able to vote themselves pay raises despite accomplishing nothing. We need to make it illegal for Congress to set their own pay, including raises and make their government salary controlled by referendums the people vote on. Congress is made up of OUR employees...they work for US...WE should determine their worth and their pay. If the job doesn't pay enough they can quit and find something else to do.
