Stop Congress from getting paid during the shutdown

"You don't get to extract a ransom for doing your job." While millions of Americans suffer from the ineptitude of its elected officials, those elected officials still get paid. Congress members should not be rewarded for their maladaptive behavior and should suffer the consequences of the shutdown. They shouldn't be paid for creating this crisis.
