Stop Congress from giving it's self raises, another branch of government should make that decision, Not Congress.

Really, this does not need a description, it's self explanatory if we the people of this great nation have to go some years without cost of living raises, so should Congress and the Senate. I think that says it all. This petition if for the people of the Unite States of American and no one will disagree with this petition, except Congress and the Senate.
