Nonpublic information related to members of Congress, including individuals that are defined as a: Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee, shall be subject to the following:

1) require members of Congress to put their assets into blind trusts;

2) require members of Congress to disclose their trades once per quarter;

3) prohibit members of Congress from buying or selling any commodity for future delivery or swap while such person is in possession of material nonpublic information, relating to any pending or prospective legislative action relating to such commodity

4) prevent members of Congress under Ethics investigation (for any reason) from buying or selling any commodity for future delivery or swap;

5) prohibit such activities for 90 days after leaving office
