Congress stop rapeing the SS fund! This is why we are running out of money. No more money out of this fund. We the put our money in to this SS fund in good faith, and we expect Congress to place the blame on their shoulders for bad management. SS funds should be for our retirement only! No one can redirect excess money's out of this SS fund.
