The Keystone XL pipeline is estimated to cost $7 billion for expansion of the already existing line. It will extend from Canada to the United States in an effort to provide to Americans better and lower gas prices, but the number one problem with this is that the oil that we will be getting is from oily sands which are a very grotesque and unreliable source of fuel that will produce more CO2, 17% higher greenhouse gasses.
