We believe that the America that was created on the backs of the enslaved africans and all people of color have not received the civil liberties that they have made it so comfortable for the oppressor to live in. We The Black Panther Party for Self Defense are in total consciousness of what is going on within America, our government and how this so called "land of the free and home of the brave" is really founded upon principles that are damming and cowardly. We petition for the right to live as the Constitution has stated for all men, yet if this simple task cannot be reached through a petition or the countless people of colors lives lost in this same battle we will do as you have so ever taught us well, the theory presented by John Locke.
