Stop convicting people and putting them in Jail for victimless crimes. Stop running peoples lives with prison terms.

We need to put people in jail that under the constitution are stated to be, people who commit crimes against a person or there property. To many are imprisoned each year for victimless crimes such as walking down the street with drugs, or committing some nondescript crime against no one and being unaware of it. This need to stop. Our government officials have been lording over the rule of law for long enough it's time we spoke up and stood up for our fellow Americans. Stop the imprisonment of Americans for victimless crimes.
