Unnecessary Police brutality should be address by the Congress to find a better solution to this issue. As a black man Im living in fear ,terrified to go out in public, & I've never ever been in trouble before by the law. Because a normal procedure for a officer to stop me for a minor issue as if my tail light is out, or even if Im stop for a speeding ticket that shouldn't be solve with fatality to our black people especially if we doing everything that the law ask us.
