There must be an end to corporal punishment or "spanking" as a form of discipline with children. There needs to be a law on the books that invokes a fine and/or possible jail time for such an act. There is no reason for a person to ever harm a child in any physical way as a form of discipline! This petition is to get such a law on the books.
