Stop corporations from using Our Country as a PO Box while they shield their revenue from being taxed in foreign havens

Many US corporations, or former US corporations, utilize overseas tax havens, like Ireland, to avoid paying billions in taxes. The billions they avoid paying could provide many important services in the US. These corporations use the US for all Her benefits, from our infrastructure to our security, then skip out on paying their fair share of the check. This is corporate irresponsibility that must be addressed.
