My 22 year old innocent and convicted of crimes he didn't commit! Witnesses testified to a person with blonde hair and a hat assaulted another young man. My son has black hair. The DA chose to hide that statement during the trial. The co-defendants were pled out by the DA in probability that he asked them not testify for my son.The DA used a young lady who never saw my son before and didn't know his name to testify against him! Some of our witnesses for my son were not called to testify, after being ordered to testify.I learned later that the jury was tainted and the judge said it didn't matter! Didn't matter? My son was not at either incident.He is totally innocent!Convicted and may do 15 years in prison! There is a motion for a new trial on June 4th 2013. If it is denied he will do 15.
