Too often Presidents and Governors take action which is contrary to Democracy and to the People of the United States of American. We demand an end to such actions!
I recommend the following Bill to Congress and the Executive President, and it should be short and sweet!
"No President or Governor or any executive may Pardon any elected official and no President nor Governor or governing body may reduce a fine or penalty legally given to any corporation or individual!"
