There are many police across America that are involved directly in dealing drugs and taking "kick backs" from drug dealers.
Police are using their power via the laws enacted, to take control of the drug traffic(some are dealing others getting money from the dealer) in there geographical locations. Illegal searches and seizures are frequent and wiretapping gives way to identity theft.
If you are friends of the police (giving money and sex) you get away with dealing drugs. Police bribe known felons (by offering money or amnesty) to tell lies about a person and if that person has property they try to seize it. Mafia tactics.
A person can be convicted without a trial to defend himself. This is against the Constitution!
