Stop the court sanctioned child abuse. It is NOT a Right to get children high on drugs.

Pass a law making it illegal to leave children with anyone who gets them high. As it stands the courts will leave children with the abusers and they even stated that it is a Right!! Debra Fohr, the GAL(childs court appointed attorney) told me that "it is a Right" for a mother to get her child high! I informed judge Fredrick C. Rosa and he did nothing about it, then he refused to give me temporary custody until trial to make sure the 3 year old child was safe. The court commissioner Dean Zemal lied in court on the record for the mother saying that she had already been punished for this. I provided indisputable proof, a picture of it and there is proof via hospital records and testimony. The police/CPS/DA/courts will do nothing to get my son to safe. PLEASE help.
