Stop the obstructionist tactics by the CIA. Allow the Senate Oversight Committee on Intelligence to complete their investigation of allegations of torture and other abuses by the CIA. Declassify relevant materials and allow them to be published. Identify those responsible and refer them to the Justice Department for prosecution.
