Stop CPS from taking children simply because the parent/guardian has THC/Marijuana in their system.

Put a stop to children being taken into state custody simply because the parent had marijuana in their system. Doing marijuana should not deem a parent a danger to their children. Stop cps from causing emotional trauma for children by not allowing them to remove a child for the parent having thc in their system when they are in no way endangering the child. States like alabama remove your child from your home and place them in foster care with one failed drug screening even if it its only positive for thc. This must be stopped this is wrong to do to family's when they pose no threat to the child.
