U.S. Attorneys announced on October 7th, 2011 that they will begin aggressively targeting medical cannabis facilities across California by seizing property and making arrests in an effort to close ALL medical cannabis facilities across the state and deprive patients of safe access to cannabis.
We want the Obama administration to reverse course and honor the campaign commitment he made in 2007 that he that he was "not going to be using Justice Department resources to try to circumvent state [medical marijuana] laws."
