President Obama said, "I'm not going to be using Justice Department resources to try to circumvent state laws on this issue." Why is the U.S. Justice Department still cracking down on medical marijuana dispensaries in states where medical marijuana is legal then? This is a matter of states' rights, civil liberties, and the overarching reach of the federal government in an issue that they should not be interfering with. President Obama said it best in saying, "I think our federal agents have better things to do, like catching criminals and preventing terrorism." Why is this not the case?
