We the people of the United states of America are tired of Poor single Black mothers collecting Welfare and Living off of Tax Payers.Giving Poor Single Black mothers Welfare has created an attitude in MOST single Black mothers that they are "Ms Independent" and don't need to be in a stable relationship with a man and therefore only need a man for sexual purposes.This has created Generations of Children Not graduating high school,teenage pregnancy & particpating in illegal activity.We the people of America believe that the key to creating TRADITONAL Family's in the Black Community is to cut of ALL Welfare that Only benefits Poor single Mothers and Began to concentrate on Single Black men education and Employment BEFORE they go to Jail NOT after.
