STOP CREDIT BUREAUS/CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCIES FROM REPORTING INACTIVE/CLOSED ACCOUNTS AND ANYTHING OVER TWO YEARS OLD.

Created by D.L. on February 17, 2014

Credit bureaus operate freely without fair remedies for consumers and victims of identity theft.Credit reports should be in place ONLY to inform of CURRENT/OPEN credit lines that may have an impact on a consumer's ability to meet additional financial obligations. Therefore, consumers with old debts and collections should not have those accounts reflecting their credit/score as it does not affect their current ability to assume and pay new credit.Too many consumers have fallen victim to identity theft without remedy to resolve their credit information. It causes years of hardship and pain.Collection agencies often false report by merely matching a name to a location and relentlessly harass innocent people. Only OPEN & RECENT credit should be allowed. We ask for 2 years MAX history reporting.
