Stop Credit ratings checks for new employment and only do so for high ranking job positions as this hurts job growth.

Created by W.K. on November 12, 2013

Many Americans are unemployed or underemployed due to their credit ratings. Many Americans have poor credit ratings due to being out of work, medical expenses, etc. Many Americans are working with the credit card companies, banks, hospitals, lawyers, etc. to help pay back their debt. The process to eliminate debt can take a long time and takes a long time to be posted to any credit rating report. I propose that unless in high ranking job positions( such as CEO,CFO,etc.) that companies not do credit checks or be more lenient in people who are working to lower their debt. This action will allow more people to have higher paying jobs and contribute back to society through paying their taxes and coming off any government/state assistance. Thank You!
