Millions of Americans are homeless because of the changes in our credit focus society. There are no rules or regulations for landlords requesting credit report. But many changes for renter. Renting a home is the same as buying. Today, anyone can pull a person credit report and ask for it. Many of these people do not even know how to read it.
a. four (4) applications within a 60 day period.
b. Monthly Rental Amount cannot exceed the Rental Fair Market Value.
c. Security deposit cannot exceed 15% over MRA.
d. Status notified within five (5) days of application.
e. Applicate must be provide home disclosure information as seller gets.
f. Realtor and property management must be listed in ads.
g. All rental fees must be listed in advertisement.
h. Security deposit in an escrow
