The Obama administration should immediately enact legislation to stop the Criminal prosecution of Cannabis users, and work to legalize the recreational, industrial, and medicinal use of Marijuana, on the grounds it is less harmful than Alcohol and the recreational use of Alcohol is legal and has been since the end of prohibition which was a fruitless endeavor and was even less harmful than the prohibition on the use of Cannabis.
