All MILITARY penalties and mandatory minimum sentences for the non-violent use of MARIJUANA to treat and/or cope with mental health issues should be ELIMINATED and all sentences fitting these requirements should be pardoned.
I was UNKNOWINGLY in a "military training program" disguised as another type of program (yes, they exist) when I began using marijuana for PTSD, OCD, and other symptoms.
