This petition asks the Administration to develop and enforce international limits on polluting the Caribbean Sea. Cruise ships are allowed to dump trash, raw sewage and other polluted water in the sea. Marine life is threatened by this toxic stew, and it is disgusting.
It is unconscionable for the cruise industry to use the oceans as a trash can and toilet to increase profits . We are better than this.
