Buckyballs worked with the CSPC to ensure proper warning labels were applied. After the CSPC recalled Buckyballs packages labelled ages 13+, Buckyballs responsibly changed all mentions of it as a toy to a "desktoy" to help enforce the adults only aspect. The CSPC decides to repay this cooperation and assistance by launching a full on assault against Buckyballs and all similar products. Recalls and administrative complaints as far as the eye could see. Apparently, the CSPC has decided we are all imbeciles and can't read warning labels. This is almost disrespectful to the public and polls are shown as 88-91% of people being against this. Therefore I request that you speak with Chairwoman Tenenbaum about immediately ceasing all action against neodymium toys. The US public can read the labels.
